Use of our website and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. For the purposes of this information "We" or "Our" means the Harbour Heights Shop. "You" or "your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.
1. Prices, description and availability of goods
All goods are sold subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure online offers are available, however, if an order is placed for goods that are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock, or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
2. Sales tax
Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the price quoted as applies for the UK.
3. Shipping
All orders placed on our website will be shipped to the address you provide when filling out the online order form. Orders will be sent by mail and we reserve the right to despatch more than one item separately if necessary due to stock arrangements. Postage and packing charges for the UK are included in our item charge.
3.1 Refunds/exchange Policy
Items are non refundable unless faulty due to manufacture or shipping damage. Postage and packing charges are non refundable by us under any circumstances. If items are returned to us we will not refund or become liable for postage costs.
4. Payment methods
You may order online by paying by Paypal© our designated payment service, or by using a credit or debit card via our designated web payment service provided with Paypal (accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Switch and Delta). All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
5. Delivery arrangements
Our shopping cart pages show the goods you have purchased. Goods will normally be despatched within 14 working days to the delivery address which you supply.

We will not sell, share, pass on, distribute, issue, or rent this information to others. Credit/debit card details are collected and verified by Paypal and we do not build or hold these records.

Registration is not required to use our website. No requirement exists to register for a Paypal account to purchase though our online shop via credit or debit card.
